Enderle&Moll, Baden, Germany
These wines were famous before they even were a real winery. Newspapers, sommeliers, writers all over the world were already raving about the beautiful red wines from Sven Enderle and Florian Moll before they had really established themselves. Things moved quickly but not much has changed since then. The critics still like their wines even though it‘s not just deep and gorgeous PN but also beautiful, almost natural, white wines from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois or Müller Thurgau grapes. All wines get only a bit of sulphur, they are not filtered and they only get in touch with used oak. For Enderle&Moll it‘s about grapes and their terroir - that‘s it! Absolutely great wines from very nice people.
