The winery Pranzegg is located in the region Trentino-Alto Adige in Italy and has been in the hands of the Gojer family for over a hundred years. In 2008 Martin Gojer took over the estate and started biodynamic farming in the 3ha steep vineyards. The 50 year old vines growing above the city of Bolzano are cultivated entirely by hand. Spontaneous fermentation, long remaining on the lees, no fining, no filtration and only little amounts of SO2 are the main factors for Martin’s work in the cellar. The result are individual and unique wines full of character, purity and a lot of energy.
