Sous le Végétal is a wine project by Jason Ligas on the beautiful Greek island of Samos. The young winegrower is supported in his business by his friends and associates Vassilis Alexiou and Niki Orfanidis and by Patrick Bouju and Clovis Ochin.

The resultat are very aromatic and expressive wines that totally represent the terroir they grew on. Autochthon grapes, passionate people and great soils...sometimes great winemaking sounds really „easy“ and tastes soooo good.
